I was charged $11.01 to have a package delivered here. It's always helpful to be able to ship something via ups when your traveling, but be careful of their fees! It was only delivered 2 hours ago! Also it would have been nice if the owner was at least pleasant when picking up my package.
Always super friendly staff, and very quick and painless to get things shipped out. EXCELLENT!
I will not be using this location again! Hands down my worst experience at a ups store to date.
I would give zero stars if possible. Went in today to ship a set of blinds. The lady at the counter (Elizebeth i think was her name) was extremely rude!! After declining the $16 fee for a small box, I was then asked for a return label (mind you as the comment below states, i have never had to put my own return label on, it has always been done at the couter by the ups rep.) Uppon handing it to her she proceeds to say that i can go ahead at read the directions to figure out how to put it on myself in a rude tone. After letting her know that I thought she was being quite rude, she tells me its common sence to apply a return label. (Which again, obviously not if this is the only ups store that refuses to do it for you.) Finally, there was a small hole in the box that she wanted covered up, so i used the tape of the return label envelope to cover the hole amd in a very smart mout remark she sais "oh well at least that will save you a couple bucks" (assuming because i refused the $16 box in the beginning?)
Friendly, efficient staff, always a pleasure to do business with them!
