I have always had to repeat myself clearly on the cut I want. Have had several disappointing outcomes if I did not clearly state what I wanted each and every time. Have had to go back sooner than should because the groomer did not do as asked. They rush the dog back to the grooming area without taking the time to talk to the customer.
