Previously, staff was lacking on customer service and overall was just a messy store. However, as of August 27th 2017, this facility has undergone new management and has really improved. The cooking times are a bit longer, yes, but they do go through the process very thoroughly ensuring quality, as their food quality has also improved largely. Overall cleanliness has improved greatly as well. The only notice would be that stall privacy in their restroom is lacking, but I feel that is not a main point to make. Would definitely recommend.
There were 6 people working and doing really nothing!
My husband, son and I ordered our meals and it took at least 15 mins to get our order! Today is July 15,2017 at 3:00 pm.
Food was all over in the kitchen floor and they were just stepping on it!!
They wouldn't make a Little Carl. What I got was drenched in 3 different sauces- yuck!
I'm sure Carl's Jr is losing money at this store.

Staff was nice and friendly. They greeted us as soon as we came in. We came during lunch time so we expected a little wait based off other reviews but it wasn't long at all, took less than 5 minutes. Only reason I'm rating a 3 is because my burger was soggy with mayo and ketchup. My boyfriend's burger was great (I tasted it) and my daughter's chicken strips were fresh and piping hot.
The food was really good, highly recommend the guacamole bacon burger. It also has a Chipotle sauce on it. The restaurant was very clean, the staff was very friendly. They kept complimenting my daughter and brought food to us. The condiment station stayed stocked and the kitchen looks clean.
Another family came in and it took as long for them as well.
