Hi, the management is NOT professional. They change things often. Such as Rent is due on your due dale no later than 11:00am. That's ok but they don't notify you until there is a problem. Rent was increased $15 per month making the total rent $400 per month. However, they did not properly let everyone know about this change. Also we told them that we would be staying until November. However, changing at the desk the 11 was changed to 10 without letting us know. The management does not communicate well regarding the changes. There are other concerned people in this park.
Beautiful and well managed. Owners and staff go out of the way to make you feel welcome. This is an adult only RV Park. Was only passing through for one night and I am planning to stay until spring!
Just checked in and was told restrooms and showers close at 8pm and do not open until 8am. Policy just started this morning due to homeless coming in to use facilities. No cancellations or will be charged. Nice lady at check in but owner "Marla" would not accommodate us. Despicable services.
