This is a pretty cool place! You get to feed a giraffe, see animal demonstrations and get up-close and personal with many animals. This is hands down the closest I've ever been to tigers and bears. They were just on the other side of the fence! Also, their snakes are HUGE!!!

The people who work here are so nice. Most of the animals are rescued from bad situations so it feels like all the money you spend here goes to a good cause. I really recommend the sloth encounter, you get to pet him, feed him, and take as many pictures as you want. A handler is in there with you and answers any questions you have too. Towards the end of the day we went on a little tour that wasn't listed on any of the materials. We followed a worker as he fed a lot of the animals, which was really cool since they came up to get fed and we got great pictures. He also talked a lot about all the animals and it was really educational.

So nice to see a preserve with such large, clean enclosures for rescued animals. This place really does it right, i wish zoos would do the same. The staff is well trained, the shows are great and very interactive, and best of all the animals do not look distressed. As an added bonus, general admission is free during your birth month, and that applies to their awesome bundle deal!

I thought it was pricey for what it was, but also felt happy that it's going to those animals. I believe they're all rescues. That said, I think because you're already paying so much money... next time I'd do the VIP tour. That seems REALLY cool!!! Looking forward to going back!

Went today and had a great experience. Took my little brother, we both got in absolutely FREE because it was our birthday month. The exhibits and animals were beautiful, and the staff was friendly and the good vibes at that place are so obvious, just a totally different experience in a unique environment. No feeling of a corporation running a zoo, but instead people who genuinely care about animals doing their thing in a very guest-friendly manner!

Full disclosure... we didn't have as much time here as we would have liked, so there is more to do than we had time for, but next time we're there, I'd absolutely go back!

Most amazing time I've had in years! I kissed a giraffe! Extended walking, but a free tram circles the park. VERY friendly & knowledgeable staff. They all welcomed questions and guest interaction. Animals are well kept in natural settings. They don't train or force animals to preform so every experience is different. Late summer or early fall best time to view all the animals. I HIGHLY recommend spending the day here!
